U.S. Admissions Requirements

  • Students may begin flight training at any age. However, the FAA requires pilots be at least 16 years old to solo an aircraft, and 17 years old to get a Private Pilot Certificate.

  • You must be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language.

  • Must obtain a FAA medical.
     

U.S. Admissions Process

  • Contact Us: Through email at fly@delsolaviation.com or by phone 505.242.2701 and let us know that you are ready to receive detailed information about flight training.

  • Check your eligibility: The online pre-qualification form below provides information about you and your aviation goals. You will work with our Program Directors to help you understand the process.

  • Enrollment Appointment: This appointment will be scheduled with our Enrollment Team. You will fill out documents for your student file. Be matched with a flight instructor, gain access to our scheduling program, and schedule lessons with your instructor.

  • Learn to Fly! Finally, you’re ready to get started on your aviation journey! We look forward to seeing you in the skies!
