Albuquerque, NM — May 28,
2011 — New Mexico Aviation Career Education Solutions (NM ACES)
Open House for aviation career and business opportunity exposure
has been deemed highly successful. Based on an estimated
attendance of over 2,000 visitors and feedback from both
visitors and exhibitors the event met most everyone’s goals.
Exposure was provided to sign-up many new aviation candidates
and opportunities were afforded for new and different types of
aircraft, equipment, software and related business
opportunities. Exhibiting Participants included: Del Sol
Aviation Flight Training with aircraft and exhibit, Enchantment
Helicopters’ Rotorcraft Training with R-22 and R-44 Training
Helicopters and simulator, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University
exhibit, National American University exhibit, Monsanto Medical
Technology Services exhibit, Civil Air Patrol exhibit, Cutter
Aviation Charter Services King Air, New Mexico Airlines Cessna
Caravan, Eclipse Aerospace Eclipse 500, Santa Fe Warbirds’ L-39
Jet Trainer, Air Care 1 International’s Lear 35, Aspen Avionics
with glass cockpit exhibits, CNM Aviation Division with the
operation of a Rolls Royce Helicopter Jet Engine Test Stand
exhibit, Albuquerque Police Department’s Helicopter, USAF Beech
T-6 II Trainer Aircraft, World War II North American T-6 Trainer
Aircraft, Liberty XL Aircraft, UNM’s Life Guard Air Emergency

Weather Service exhibit, Ultramain Aircraft Support Software
Systems exhibit, Aviation Division exhibit for the NM Dept of
Transportation, and a Mercy Flights exhibit. Many attendees
took advantage of the days nice weather by experiencing
discovery flights in both Del Sol Aviation’s Training aircraft
and Enchantment Helicopters Robinson Helicopters. Returning
Flights were reflected upon as “An Awesome Experience” by all
who participated.
